For Allison Podlich, LMT, massage is the intersection of many of the passions in her life including: self-care, family, building strong communities, continual personal growth/education, and cultural awareness. When she is not massaging, she can be found doing activities that further her knowledge and understanding of these topics. Allison strongly believes in the saying “you can’t pour from an empty cup”. From volunteering as a small-town firefighter and EMT to a commitment to create frequent outdoor activities and travel opportunities, to prioritizing rest, Allison focuses her interests and actions on things that keep her cup full, so that she can share the best of herself with you and with everyone that she meets.
